Brynnage Design provides fast service in Indiana and Michigan for rapid prototype, 3-D model, SLA and RTV molds

Material Specifications

Brynnage Design creates rapid prototypes and 3-D models using Stereolithography (SLA) technology.

The chamber size is 20" x 20" x 23" but we can easily make larger models by splitting the drawing into sections to build separately. These pieces are then fused together to make the complete part in the original design. (Splitting the model drawing is done by Brynnage Design software with customer input).

The material used is Accura 25 from 3-D Systems. It is a white polypropylene/ABS
type material that is extremely tough. You won't believe that your part is from
SLA material. It has excellent tensile strength, excellent accuracy and provides
outstanding surface finish. It is also usable for secondary processes such as painting.
